1. Agreement
By downloading or using Topical Dictionary, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information, do not share access credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is being misused.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the dictionaries, words, examples, notes, and messages you create. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide and operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must not submit unlawful material or content that violates another person’s rights.
4. Online and third-party services
Definitions, authentication, synchronization, and other features may rely on third-party services and require an internet connection. Availability, accuracy, completeness, and continued access are not guaranteed. Lexical results are for general reference and should not be treated as professional advice.
5. Responsible use
- Do not misuse, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where the law permits.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or use the service to distribute harmful code.
- Do not use the app in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Do not extract or redistribute lexical data in bulk.
6. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Your local consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Contact and governing license
Questions may be sent to support@topicaldictionary.com. Apple’s Standard EULA is the governing license unless a separate custom agreement is provided.
